is it possible to add a hand brake to a cruiser bike with a coaster brake?
i just wanted to have a back up brake

It's possible if you've got the right type of fork. There are a number of cruiser type bikes that have gears so the parts are out there.

It can be done if you have right amount of fork.Before doing it you have to consult a bike mechanic on it.
