How do i conquer my fear?
I fell on my bike really hard and now im afraid to jump big jumps. how do i get over the fear?

Start from the beginning again and start with small jumps working your way back up to big jumps.

Take 4 drags off of some of the strongest weed in your area and do it again

The only way to do it is to get back on your bike and do it again. If you turly are very fearful, do what anohter poster here suggests, start off small again, to build up your confidence.

I hope you are okay by the way, not too many cuts and bruises I hope.

Start from small jumps from the beginning.And continue doing that until you feel comfortable.After that try practicing the big ones.
