Can anyone help me on how to build a bike or repair a bike.? - Cycling Mob: Road Cycling, Mountain Biking and More

I currently use a mountain bike and cycle regularly. However I find myself wanting more speed and my grandad gave me his old racing bike which hasn't been used for years. It has no rear brakes and the rear wheel ceases mid ride. I rode it home and after a couple of miles I found it hard work and discovered the rear wheel had moved in such a way that it rubs against the frame. I carried it home and took the wheel off, put it back in straight and tightened it. I took it out for a test ride after but the problem came on again. I want to fix the bike or build another one from parts with a budget of about £150. I'm only 16 and don't have much money to spare.
I'm after a racing bike so any help would be greatly appreciated. Any tips you have I will take on board.

Get a picture of a bike follow the the picture to build a new bike. When you build a good bike must be a branded parts and collect the nice parts of bike that's very expensive and affordable. If want to repair a bike try to destroy in a different part one by one when the bike is destroy first and try also to repair the bike you destroy in a easy way. You need also a apparatus or equipment of a bike in repairing.

Or you will have to go any store in your city find a bike that's very low price to you. Buy a bike will use into a long long years.
