Easiest way to ride a bike?

For an 12 year old girl? She's not very confident about bike riding, not very flexible, and hates getting hurt. How should she learn to ride?

Training wheels...and starting slowly. But every experience gives the possibility of getting hurt.

Get her on an old dirt road-- knee pads & helmet for sure. Teach her the basics and eventually she'll figure it out-- that's how I did it.

Work hard to push the pedals and start learning technique how to balance your body. More hurts to get is quickly to learn how to bike, You will also need a friend to teach you and handle how to balance the bike and body. By pushing the pedal and learn a lot of technique it will take a week to learn that.

You should first start from training wheels and gradually move on to other steps only if she is comfortable with it.
