| Re: Minivan hits 13 year old I don't think the damage shown indicates that the speed of the collision was necessarily that great. The grill work on quite a few vehicles these days is plastic and the hoods crumple easily. Without examining the vehicle and the size of the victom, I could see that one happening at 25 mph. Of course, that one then wonders, what is a driver doing plowing full tilt into a child on a residential street? |
