old "english 3-speed" bike: worht it or not?

At my local thrift store i found, stuck way back in a corner, an old
Triumph (no relation) internally geared 3 speed. It appears to have
been made in the netherlands. Black. caliper brakes.

Would you pay $14.41 (they price everything like that) for it?

I read a little about it on Sheldon's encyclopedia magnus, but can't
decide...

it seems kinda q()()l in a wallace & grommet sort of way...
