As a pedestrian the other night I almost got hit by a motorist who ran a red
light to do a right on red. If he had proper observational skills, it
wouldn't have been a problem.
If it were a cyclist in the same situation, and there was a collision, there
would be a much higher chance that he/she would be injured. | |
