I weigh about 180, so there might be a concern, but I prefer the feel of my
tires at a high pressure. I am riding on 25's, which is a pretty big tire.
I think I will keep them up at 120ish as I have had no problems and seem to
like the lower resistance.

Ditto. I weigh about 155, the bike about 25, add 5 for clothing = 185.
The tires are 7x35C, so the chart indicates a pressure of 50-55 psi. The
tires themselves say "Inflate to 100 psi," and that is what I do. No
problems, and a comfortable ride. I've had two flats in 2000 km, but both
due to sharp objects. I think 50-55 would definitely amount to
underinflation -- the tires start to feel soft when they've lost that much
pressure.

From this end of the world we are used to think in International Standards.
I can calculate from cm into inches, but from Celsius in Fahrenheit is
already too difficult for me. Not to mention al the other alien measurement
standards you people are using.
