Road bike for kids

Does anyone know of a maker of smaller frame road bikes for kids who are not
big enough for the 700 rims?

TIA

Bill

I bought a 40cm F24 for my 7-year-old.
I had the shop swap the chainrings for smaller ones, and install a shorter
stem (backwards).
The extra "cyclocross" brake levers at the top of the handlebars are a
thoughtful touch.
