Yesterday, at the conclusion of the Ad'H TT, I could have sworn I heard
Phill Ligget say that Lance's avg speed was 23KPH, or 15 MPH, having
completed the 10 KM (6 mile) course in just under 40 minutes.

Hass his arithmetic always been this bad?
