FWIW, I can put down a 100oz Camelbak in a 45 minute ride and not have
to visit the bathroom (nor will I have gained any weight). Of course,
that's when riding "briskly" in temperatures over 100 degrees F (38C).

Lately I've been using two large water bottles to get the 'bak off my
back, and have no problem polishing them off in a 45 minute ride
(often arriving home feeling like I need to drink more).

Did I mention I tend to sweat profusely? ;-)
