Try these:The Heart Rate Monitor Book for Outdoor and Indoor Cyclists: A Heart Zone Training Program by Sally Edwards & Sally Reed.orThe Cyclist's Training Bible by Joe Friel. Both are available on Amazon.com.Another great source that I have found is not a book but a website, [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] It is the website for Chris Carmichael, Lance Armstrong's long-time coach. They offer coaching packages starting @ ~$49.00/month and will provide great results.Good Luck!
