| First of all, what condition are you in now? how old are you? These are important.Not exactly sure how far it is but three days isn't exactly pushing it. I would say try to start riding five days a week(taking off if you get too strained) for maybe an hour or two to start. you're going to have to get used to being on the bike for long periods. better gradual than all at once. The thing I might suggest is making yourself push a little further each time you ride. It might hurt, bad, but fight through it. It'll develop the muscles you will need. Good luck and have fun!
