Cycling Specific Strength Training Program?

Looking for a training program for when I'm not on the bike. Any suggestions what I should do while in the gym?

For cycle fitness DONT bulk up ,Keep the weight light ,and work out up to 85% perecent of your max lifting capacity,high rep,low weight is the key.
